Perfectly pleasant stay, as always. The place was beautiful and wonderful for holidays. Very easy to get from Itami airport, just 1 km. Extremely helpful and very amiable staff, wake up service and ironing free of charge.

The hotel offers a varied breakfast with a great selection of options. Terrific service from the superbly friendly, courteous staff members. the location is handy and excellent for visiting St Paul's Church, a medium distance away. Conveniently situated within walking distance to supermarkets and convenience stores. Close to a train station, making it easy to get around.

Thanks very much for the fairly nice stay, no reason to complain. The rooms are large and include a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The breakfasts are varied with a lot of options. The location is handy and magnificent, it's in Shin Osaka district near to train station.
